Why a Bedok-only parquet team
Bedok is one of Singapore's oldest and largest new towns, with about 274,000 residents. Its first flats were ready by 1975, and 372 of the 476 HDB blocks on this site were completed before 1990. Many of those flats still have their original parquet.
Old parquet needs different work from the engineered timber in newer condos, and landed homes in Frankel, Siglap and Kembangan often have herringbone floors and timber stairs. Because all our jobs are in Bedok, we know these floors well and spend less time on the road.
